A Homegoing Celebration for Vincent Terrence Hudson of Seffner, Florida, who passed away on Monday, March 9, 2020 as a result of injuries he sustained from a car accident. Services will be held on Saturday, March 21, 11:00 am at Loving Hill P.B. Church, 10040 Joe Ebert Road, Seffner, FL 33584, Elder Leland L. Johnson, pastor with Elder Wilbert Fleming, eulogist. The Interment will be in Mayberry Cemetery, Seffner, FL. He was employed by Publix for 21 years of service, currently working in the Warehouse Return Center as a non-refrigerated warehouse dock person in Lakeland, Florida. Vincent loved spending time with family and friends and making sure Sariyah was staying focused in school. When he was not with family he was with his buddies, Willie, Theodric, Phillip, Terrence, Lemoyne, and before his untimely death Anthony (Ant) Griffin. He was preceded in death by his loving mother, Mother Leona Elaine Hudson, grandparents, Deacon Albert and Mother Leona Moore, and Irma Hudson; a beloved sister, Shellon Hudson Davis, uncles, Corky and Mileau Hudson. Vincent leaves a loving and devoted family to honor and cherish him: a loving father, Elder Vernon Hudson, Sr.; Sariyah Sheppard, who he loved as his daughter; a loving brother, Vernon B. (Traci) Hudson, Riverview, FL; two devoted and loving sisters, Sonya Fleming (Elder Wilbert), Bushnell, FL, and Uraina N. Hudson, Seffner; like a sister, Opal Hudson; longtime friend and companion, Stephanie Shepherd; aunts, Claudette Myers, Portland, Oregon, Martha Hudson, Chicago, Illinois, Beatrice Payne, Pierce, FL and Lora Haynes, Seffner, FL; like an uncle, Herbert L. Hendry; nieces and nephews, Desiree and Raven Davis, Cierra, Vern, and Damarco T. Hudson, Patrick Davis, Jr. Talia Hudson and Samuel Fleming; great nieces and nephews, Damarco, Jr., and I'yanah Hudson, Tamerah Davis, Jamarion Hudson, Amir Davis, Micah Joy and Greyson Hudson; special cousins, Debra Smith & family, Kenny Hankerson, Glenda Goodman (Mike), Lakeland, FL, Camille Ilia Upshaw (Rick) Seffner, Felecia McCardy-Young (Larry) & family, Tyrone, Tracy, Joseph, Whitney, Mileau, Jr., and Terri Hudson all from Chicago, IL; best friends, Willie Ousley & family, Terrence Dupree (Lakesia) & family, Theodric Hicks (Amanda) & family, Phillip Kimble & family, Lemoyne Stoney (Micaela) & family; extended family, Jimmy Girard and family, Wanda Gibson & family and co-workers from Publix Warehouse.
