A Homegoing Celebration for Mrs. Vivien O. Leggett of Tampa who passed away on Saturday, May 2, 2020 will be held on Thursday, May 14th, 11:00 a.m. at Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery, 4615 E. Hanna Avenue, Rev. Daniel Dean, officiating. The interment will follow. Vivien was born on May 14, 1953 in St. Catherine, Jamaica to the late Edmund Otto and Veviene Gibson. She was a faithful Pentecostal believer, who was immersed in her Christian community that would be her lifelong support. She was a comedian, an optimist, and a fighter in life. She knew how to get you to laugh no matter the season or circumstance. She loved to travel, cook, and help others, and tried to see the good in every situation. She was preceded in death by his father, Edmund Otto. She leaves to cherish her fond and loving memories with her mother, Veviene Otto (Aunt Dunn); children, Suzette and Daniel Dean, Glendon Gilzene, Karlus and Efua Gilzene and Natalie Leggett; grandchildren, Abigail Dean, Daniel Dean, Judah Dean, Rebekah Dean, Deborah Dean, Ajani Gilzene, Asha Gilzene and Micheala Gilzene; brothers, Eugene Otto, Frank Otto and Calvert Otto; sisters, Marlene Oliver and Maureen Hinds; aunts, Verne Winter, Ismae Scott, Ivy Otto and Thermutha Harris; uncle, Richard Otto; nieces, Yanique Otto, Nakeisha Stewart, Dacia Brown, Georgia Chapman, Odette Grant, Tameka Stewart, Chrisanne Otto, Kadiesha Randall and Ashley Oliver McKibben; nephews, Andrew Otto, Dior Otto, Frank Otto, Jr., Robert C.
