Wallace, affectionately "Rudy" was born on May 24, 1948, in Tampa, FL., to Arthur Lee Roby and Hannah Fatherly. He served in the United States Air Force. He enjoyed fishing, music, dancing, spending quality time with his daughter, and enjoyed life.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Arthur Lee Roby Jr., and Homer D. Jr.; stepdaughter, Keisha Livingston Hill; grandson, Demetrius "Lil Pooney" Catuey; grandparents, Tommie, and Celia Roby.

He leaves precious memories with his ex-spouse, Rhonda Roby; daughter, Watisha Roby; stepchildren, Keisha Livingston Hill, Tasha Jackson, and Tanika Jackson (Dwayne Richmond); grandchildren, Kami Hannah Pope, Korithian Gadson, Jazzerey Viverette, Deshanti Catuey, Zachariah Hill, Shamaya Jackson, Denim Davis, Demarion Catuey, and Jeremiah; brother, Juan Kevin Fatherly; and a host of relatives and friends.
