A Homegoing Celebration for Mrs. Wanda White of Tampa, Florida who passed away on Wednesday, May 19, 2021 will be held on Saturday May 29th at 10:00 a.m. at Aikens Funeral Home, 2708 E. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd.,Rev. James Anderson, officiating. The interment will be in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery. Mrs. Wanda "Sista" Campbell J. White was born on July 09, 1948 in Live Oak Florida. She received her education in Hillsborough county school system. Wanda worked a variety of jobs. She was preceded in death by her father Mack Campbell Sr. and mother Annie Mae Bailey Campbell; sisters, Elsie Mae Campbell, Daisy L. Moore, Gloria D Williams, and Larvette E Jordan. Wanda was a very loving giving, free hearted person. She was a realistic and kept it real with you. She loved her Redman tobacco and scratch off lottery tickets. She was loved by her neighbors and community. She will truly be missed by all including her two favorite dogs Princess and Pooch. Wanda was a carrier for Florida Sentinel for several years. She is survived by husband, Willie White; daughter, Sandra (Antonio); son, Bernard; granddaughter, Tichinia; great granddaughters, Skylas and Andrea Flager; sisters, Shirley Anderson and Juanita James; brothers, Mack Campbell, Joe Campbell, Benny Campbell, Catherin Earnest Campbell,Vernon Campbell (Beryl), Eugene Campbell, and Curtis Jordan. She also leaves behind a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and the members of the Bailey family. As well as special friends Ms. Dot, Ethel, Ms. Sharon, Tracy, Sarah Baker, Verola, Ms. Lina Mae, Andrea Flager, and Maxine Carter; goddaughter, Vicki Hopps (Vincent), The visitation will be held at Aikens Funeral Home on Friday, May 28th from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m.
