Homegoing Celebration for Mr. Warren A. Forrest who passed away March 10, 2013 will be held Wednesday, March 20, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at Aikens Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Michael Neely, officiating. Interment will be in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery. Warren was a comedian and enjoyed storytelling and cooking. He was preceded in death by mother, Barbara Black; grandfather, Rutherford Thomas and grandmother, Lucille Thomas. He leaves to cherish his memories with 1 daughter; adopted son, Ricky Carter; brother, Tyrone Black; sister, Sandra Black-Flood; aunt, Margret Williams; great nieces, Lynette E. Flood, Cassandra T. Flood, Marquise Dixon, Essence Black, Shaniquah Murray, Taleta Murray, Brianna Black, Sadiyyah Dixon, Ma'Kyriah Murray, Mye'Asia Murray, Ramiyah Flood-Dawson, Kasssandra Flood, Antionette Prater-Flood and Sereniti Dixon; nephews, Marcus Dixon, Robert Kelley, Maximus Dixon and Matt'kye Murray; cousins, Jeanine Miller- Dennis, Patricia Petty, Rosa Ann Wigfall, Marilyn Wigfall, Terry and John Wigfall; close friends, Brother Chris White, Paul Smith, Bubba Ellis Russ, Gary Pressley and Cecil Coley and a host of other family and friends. The visitation will be held Tuesday, March 19th from 4-7 p.m. The family and friends are asked to meet at the chapel on Wednesday for the service.
