Homegoing services for Mr. Wilbert Crowley of 124 Stanley Street, who passed away on Wednesday, February 10, 2010 at the young age of 55, will be held on Saturday, February 20th at 2:00 p.m. at Aikens Funeral Home Chapel, 2708 E. Dr. MLK Jr. Blvd, Elder Tony Parker, Sr., officiating. Crowley went home to be with the Lord in Tampa. He was born on October 29, 1954. He attended schools in Isola, Mississippi. Crowley later moved here to Tampa where he made it his home. He leaves to cheris his memories a loving wife, Sandra Burnside Crowley; one son, Antwonn Demetris Crowley; three stepdaughters Sonya Sam Williams, Pamala McCloud and Lynndora Scott; one stepson, Cedric Martin; and life long friend Eartha McCloud; five loving sisters, Phyllis and Larry Jakes of Tampa, Jacqulyne Wright of Clarksdale, Mississippi, Alicia Graves of Greenville, Mississippi, Betty and Alberto Downs of Tampa, Jeanette and Jerome Carter of Tampa; four brothers, Joseph and wife Ella Crowley of Jackson, Mississippi, Richard and wife Jean Liverston of Memphis, Tennessee, Clark Graves of Tampa, Lawrence and wife Keycia Graves of Tampa, Florida; numerous grandchildren, numerous friends. Crowley was an outstanding member of the Tree of Knowledge also known as the "Wolf Pack." He was preceded in death by his father and mother Joseph and Mary Elisabeth Crowley and two brothers, Kurk Crowley and James Liverston. The family and friends are asked to meet at the church Saturday for the service. The visitation will occur from 5:00-8:00 p.m. at Aikens Funeral Home Chapel on Friday evening. The wake will occur from 5:00-8:00 p.m. Family and friends are asked to meet at the church for the service on Saturday.
