Homegoing services for Mr. Wilbert N. Williams, Sr. of Tampa, who passed away on Monday, May 6, 2013, will be held on Saturday, May 18th, 3:00 p.m. at Deliverance Church of The Body of Christ, 2708 E. 23rd Ave., Elder Alonzo Hill, officiating. Interment will follow. Wilbert was born October 12, 1959 in Tampa, Florida to Floyd Williams and the late Frankie Chapman. He was preceded in death by his mother, Frankie Chapman Jones, brother, Floyd Williams, Jr., and nephew, James L. Lumpkins, Jr. He leaves to cherish his memory: a loving and caring companion, Constance Washington; children, Wilbert N. Williams, Jr., Norrell L.Nash (Victor), Phillip Williams and Destiny Lee; grandchildren, Zakia D., Zariah A., Zaniyah N. Williams and Regina M. Nash; father, Floyd Williams; sisters, Carroll Williams, Andrea Procter (Webster), Jaynace Williams (Arthur) and Shawn Jones (Michael); brothers, Otis C. Williams (Margo), Lloyd Williams (Velena), James Lumpkins (Felecia) and Eddie Jones III (LaVina); great aunt, Rosalie Baker; aunts, Faye Mosley and Fern Alexander (Lonnie); uncles, Johnnie, Manuel (Gloria), Tyre (Eunice) and Joe Chapman; nieces and nephews, Joseph Williams (Francine), Charrondra Mosley (Luther), Patricia Williams, Otis C. The visitation will be held Friday, May 17th at Aikens Funeral Home from 5 to 8 p.m. The family will receive friends from 6-7 p.m. The family and friends are asked to meet at the church at 2:45 pm on Saturday for the service.
