Mrs. Willia was born August 12, 1930 in Washington, GA. She is the only daughter of the late William and Alean Harper. She was the widow of the late Spencer Hollingshead of Akron, Ohio. She also was the mother of the late Charles "Pop" Cornelius. Willia attended the public schools of Tampa, Florida and upon completion relocated to Akron, Ohio. She was a supervisor at Uniware in Akron, Ohio for 30 years. After moving back to Tampa, Florida in 1993 she worked at Four Points Hotel for five years. She also worked at the Sam Gibbons Federal Courthouse until retiring in 2005. Mrs. Davis was a proud member of Mt. Calvary Baptist Church in Akron, Ohio. After relocating she found a church home at First Baptist Church of College Hill. She enjoyed spending time with her great-grandchildren and family. Her favorite past-time also included watching "The Golden Girls" and "In the Heat of the Night. She leaves to mourn: her granddaughters, CaLeathiea Reynolds( husband Calvin Reynolds) and Carmen Johnson; daughter-n-law, Charlotte Cornelius; great-grandchildren, Cailynne and Camerin Reynolds; close friends, David and Ruth Walton, Amelia Hicks, Barbara and Edward Jones, James Williams, Gregory Williams, Patricia Jones and a host of other friends. Mrs. Davis is gone but not forgotten and will always be remembered in our hearts. She will be deeply missed.
