William Henry Harris 'Bill' was born March 6, 1956 in Tampa, Florida to Frazier Davis and Mildred Harris. He was of the Baptist faith. Bill loved hanging out under the tree playing dominoes and talking about his favorite team the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He loved people and was always willing to help others.

He was preceded in death by his parents; nephews, Harry Dumas, Jr., and Marlo Burkes and brother-in-law, Cecil Nedd, Jr. He leaves to cherish his memories: brother, John Davis; sisters, Sylvia Williams and Constance Nedd; niece, Sukandra Burkes; nephews, Cecil Nedd III, Cory Nedd and Timothy Williams; and a host of grandnieces, grandnephews and numerous other relatives and friends.
