William Henry Howard, born on January 19, 1947 in Tampa Florida. William retired from Clorox Company after many years of service in the cleaning industry. He was a man of many interests, including wrestling, soap operas, and attending church. He was a kind, loving and faith-filled individual, who will be missed by his family and friends.

William was preceded in death by his mother, Lottie Howard, his aunts Mary Sherman and Ellenor Coleman, his brother Clyde Howard, and his uncle Ulysses Gaines, affectionately known as "Uncle Junior."

He is survived by his sister, Ella Louise Grubbs and her husband Charles Grubbs, and his brothers, Frank Howard and his wife, Margie Howard, and Clarence Howard. His aunts Susie Harris and her husband, Willie Harris, and Isabella Daniel's also mourn his passing. William leaves behind a legacy through nephews, Justin Howard, Terry Howard, Keith Howard, and Des'yaris Sheppard; nieces Latisha Woodard, Keisha Howard, Natasha Howard, Jessica Howard, Catherine Grubbs, Des'yaria Sheppard, Des'yayla Sheppard, and Tiana William; cousins, Clerance Sherman Jr., Oscar Sherman, Tammy Richmond, Mary-Ann Sherman, Delbra Brim, Christy Sherman, Gregory Sherman, Johnny Brim, Michael Brim, Tess Godwin, James Harris, Ronald Colman, Andre Coleman, Harold Coleman, Trenesia Thorton, Lee Roy Brim Jr., and Michelle Coleman, along with a host of other relatives and sorrowing friends, will cherish his memory.
