November 19, 1942 – February 25, 2024
William was born to William J. Parker, Sr., and Elnora Marshall Parker on November 19, 1942, in Palmetto, Florida. William was educated in the Manatee County School System. Later, he served in the US Army, and after serving his tour, was honorably discharged. As a young man, he dedicated his life to the Lord and became an ordained Elder under the leadership of Apostle Curtis Lake. A few years later the Lord anointed him to become an Apostle. He established Jesus Miracles Deliverance House of Prayer Inc., where he pastored and worked faithfully and diligently until his health failed. His favorite things to do were studying the bible, witnessing, and preaching the word of God, He also loved fishing, cooking, barbecuing, and making his famous secret recipe B-B-Q sauce in addition to spending time with his family and friends. He truly loved ministering, witnessing, and preaching Gods word.
He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Victor Parker; grandsons, William Haws Jr, Lenard Bacon, and Javare Thomas.
He leaves to cherish his memories devoted and loving wife, Blanche H. Parker; sons, Willie Haws Sr, William Parker III, Vincent Parker, and Jordan Vann; daughters, Felicia Bacon, Tonya Thomas, Edith Parker and Trina Mills; bonus sons, LeAnder Berry and Patrick Barrett; grandchildren, Ashley Parker, Chelsea Weiland (David), Jeremiah Parker, Danyasia Thomas, Leshia Stephenson, Michael and Deven Bacon, Rocky and Anaise Vann; 20 great-grandchildren; brother, Minister Grady Marshall (Inez and Jackie Jackie); sisters, Nora Jean Parker-Watts and Jackie); sisters, Nora Jean Parker-Watts and Linda Ann Parker; sisters-in-law, Rowena Lucas, Helena Hagans, Lydia Smith (Gerald) and Carolyn Hagans; lifelong friend, Apostle Johnny Jones; longtime friends, Elder Clarence Sheppard Sr, Minister Bobby Lee and Minister Ryan Davis. A host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, friends, and church family.
