Mr. Willie Hill Jr. was the oldest of eight children, born to the late Willie Hill, Sr., and Rachel Williams on November 3, 1952, in Lamont, Florida. He moved to Tampa at an early age. He confessed Christ and was an active member of the church until his illness. He worked in construction doing road pavement for Kimmins Construction for 30 years. Mr. Hill was preceded in death by his parents, Willie Hill, Sr., and Rachel Williams; and two brothers, Gregory Hills, and Bruce Hills.

He leaves to cherish his memories: three children, Lashawn Vereen, Charleen Vereen, Dontavis Vereen; six grandchildren, Ileona Morales, Dominque Cummings, Jasmine Walker, Robert Harris, Destiny Akram, Isaiah Harris; four great-grandchildren, Deilani Savage, Kaliece Harris, Danaria Vereen, Zyair Harris; two brothers, Edward Bernard Hills, Claudia Devone Hills; four sisters, Gail Hills, Harriett Clayton, Carol Darlene Hills, and Kathy Perez; seven nephews, Eric Cliatt, Adrian Hills, Gregory Glenn (Tallahassee), Edward Bernard Hills, Jr., Bruce Wayne Hills, Jr., Cornelius Hills (Gainesville), Jamarius Hills, seven nieces, Sherisha Hills (Charlotte, NC), LaSheka Hills, (Greensboro, NC), Brittany Hall, Jessieca Harris, Serenia Hills, Clauditra Hills, Alecia Hills; as well as a host of great nieces and nephews, other relatives and devoted friends.
