Willie was born August 17, 1939, in Morgan, Georgia to Roscoe and Annie Mae Jones. Willie enjoyed fishing, barbecuing, gardening, repairing cars, and making people laugh. For over thirty years Willie worked in a family business as a mechanic with his brothers. Willie and "The Crew from the Shop" could always be found together laughing and having fun. If anyone knew Willie, they knew that Willie was not shy, especially with the ladies. When Willie wasn't putting his green thumb to use growing bountiful vegetables, you could find him sitting on his porch socializing with friends. Willie relished the time he spent with family and friends telling hilarious stories.

He leaves to cherish his memories sons: Byron Jones, Shelton Jones, and Chris Jones; daughters, Angela Jones, LaTisha Jones and Valeria Jones Burton; grandchildren, Stephanie, Jasmine, Shelton, Jr., Andre, Chris, Jr., Julian, Alana, Jose, Katrina, Timothy, Eugene, Kimberly, Shala, DelRicho, Cherrelle, Karen, Chantal, Camisha, Troy, Calvin, and Teresa; great grandchildren, Shelton Jones Jr., London Jones, Shauncey, Na'laijah, Jaylasia, and 12 additional great grandchildren; brother, Joe Madison; sister, Delores Bryant (Elvis); nieces, Valerie Hampton and Patrena Griffin; nephews, Anthony Lang, Derrick Jones and Roosevelt Jones, Jr. (Karnesia); cousins, Vansen Brown (Rita), Katie Crawford and many more; special thank you to Vince for always being there for his cousin and Val for also being a good friend.
