Yolonda

A Homegoing Celebration for Ms.Yolonda Metesil of Tampa, Florida who passed away on August 28, 2021, will be held on Saturday, September 11th at 11:00 a.m. at Bible-Based Fellowship Church, 4811 Ehrlich Rd, Tampa, Florida 33624. Yolonda was born on January 15, 1996, to Angela Davis and Ronald Metesil. She attended Hillsborough County schools and was a graduate of Brewster Adult Technical School. Yolonda was a gift from God and had the kind of personality and smile that could brighten up a room. She had a sweet spirit and a heart of gold that overflowed with the love within her to those the Lord allowed in her pathway. As a born-again Believer, Yolonda accepted Christ at the early of 5 and was baptized at Bible-Based Fellowship Church, and as a recommitment to her faith, she was baptized again in 2016 at New Dawn Restoration Center, where her current membership lies. Her journey in this life was reflected in the promise of the Scriptures through the Prophet Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." The Lord ordered not only her steps but her life.
