A Homegoing Celebration for Mrs. Zepherine Pringle of Tampa, Florida who passed away Tuesday, January 26, 2021 will be held on Saturday, February 6th, 1:00 p.m. at Northside M. B. Church, 5706 N. 40th Street, Pastor Ricardo Robinson, officiating. The interment will be held in Orange Hill Cemetery.
Zepherine Pringle was born in Parrott, Georgia on December 22, 1934 to the late Jimmy Parker and Birdie Grier. She attended schools in Tarra County where she graduated. She moved to Tampa, Florida to pursue a career as a beautician. She opened her own beauty salon and was a hairstylist for 30 years. She met the love of her life Marin Pringle, Jr. in 1952. They were married October 20, 1956 and to this union they had 5 children. She began driving school buses for Hillsborough County in 1971 and retired in 1994 after 23 years. She accepted Christ at an early age and was one of the first founders of Northside Missionary Baptist Church, under the leadership of the late Reverend Jacob Jordan. She was a faithful and devoted member, having served as a trustee, usher, choir member and leader of the kitchen committee. She will be deeply cherish and missed by everyone. She'll always be remembered for her affection towards everyone warm hugs and love for puzzle books. She was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, Marin Pringle Jr.; daughter, Carol; sons, Henry and Marvin; grandsons, Mark and Antwan. She leaves to cherish her fond memories with her sons, Harold Pringle (Andrea) and Harvey Pringle (Cindy); daughter, Amanda Vinson; grandchildren, Demond (Sicily), Ebony, Marcus (Keiara), Danny, Ashley, Brittany (Akilies), Andre, Tiffany, Harold Jr., Shareece, Kendra, Latesha, Rodney (Tammy), Candace, Zena, Bobby Jr. and Tameka; 39 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grand; sister-in-law, Forestine Pringle of Philadelphia; a host of nieces, nephews and other family members; best-friend of 40+ years, Hattie Butler and her Northside family.
The visitation will be held on Friday, February 5th from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. at Northside M.B. Church. The family and friends are asked to meet at the church on Saturday for the service. We are following the CDC guidelines.
