Valerie Stowe age 39 passed away peacefully Tuesday morning November 17th.

Valerie was a beautiful young woman who loved everyone she came in contact with. She had a sunny outlook on life and a smile to match, a big heart and shining eyes. Valerie was taken to young, but God had other plans for her.

Valerie is survived by her mother, Linda Norris and stepfather, Greg Norris; her father, David Stowe and stepmother, Jane Stowe; her grandmothers, Nancy Stowe and Marion Whittle; grandfather, LaVar Whittle; her married sister, Nichole Plumb and husband, Ivan Plumb; niece, Kaydene and nephew Riley; her brother, Philip Stowe and wife Victoria Stowe; nephews, Zachery and younger brother, Aaron Stowe.
