Most people want to know two basic things, what are the COSTS and what is the PROCESS.
It is your right as a consumer to shop and compare prices among funeral and cremation providers. It is our obligation to provide straight-forward answers about how much everything is going to cost.
As a family-owned, family focused leader in the death care industry, we keep in mind price and convenience may be two important factors families consider when choosing a service provider and selecting services for a loved one. We also understand families want options.

Our Packages Save Time and Money
Aikens Funeral Home offers the best value in the state, and to help make planning less taxing, we have created several burial and cremation packages that offer a wide variety of options and huge savings.
These packages are designed as full-service plans, created to simplify the purchasing process and save our families money. As you will discover, our packages are deeply discounted. Therefore, NO DEDUCTIONS will be allowed for items not used.
While our package offerings are designed to provide convenience, savings, and value, they are entirely optional. Families may select only the goods and services they desire from our General Price List at any time. Package pricing is based on the inclusion of specific goods and services and, therefore, items within a package cannot be substituted or exchanged; however, any item may be declined, or services may be selected individually from the General Price List.
Payment Options
Full payment must be received, or insurance verified four (4) days before the service date. For your convenience, we offer the following payment options:
- Cash
- Cashier’s Check or Money Order
- All major credit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Use our online payment platform to pay by credit card today easily and securely.
- A 2% charge will be added to the total charge for the final bill when using credit cards to cover the cost of the services.
- Life insurance policies. Accepted as a courtesy under the following conditions:
- Policy issued a minimum of two years before the date of death
- A 4% charge of insurance processing fee will be added to the total of the final bill, when using insurance to cover the cost of the funeral.
Note: If your loved one has a life insurance policy you want to use for funeral expenses, and you want to get a portion of your claim funded immediately instead of waiting 60-90 days for the insurance companies to pay out, we will handle all the paperwork.
